Agriculture is a practice in which plants are cultivated and animals are bred. Civilization arose as a product of agriculture, which started thousands of years ago. About 1,05,000 years ago, humans began to harvest wild-growing cereals. There are various types of agriculture including, livestock, crop cultivation, intensive, and subsistence farming.
